Lie angle really doesn't matter a whole lot on drivers. They never hit the ground, so it is much less significant. You're fine with a standard lie angle driver. What you need is a shaft that has a lower kickpoint, and a clubhead with a lower center of gravity. This will help you get the ball up higher.
I've actually got a Taylor Made R540 that I am probably going to be selling soon. It has a low kickpoint shaft, a low center of gravity, and a head designed to be very forgiving, with a low amount of spin. It's really an incredible club. The only reason I'm selling it is because I'm getting a new driver and this shaft is now too whippy for me. It's the stiff stock Taylor Made shaft. I actually just got a new grip put on it too.
