Taking the 58 completley out of the picture, I would say go with the 56 first. This gives you the best versatility while you are without a full set. It's something you can hit high if you need, or you can pitch and run if you need to as well. Some people don't play a gap wedge, but as a person that uses a lot of full wedges, I'd go with the 52 next after the sand, then the 60. Again, it all depends on your style of play and how versatile your short game is.

I would hate to have to lay off a pitching wedge at 130 or try to rocket a sand wedge. I'm someone that likes to make a normal swing as often as possible, just to eliminate the chance for error. You're given a 14 club max for a reason.

On the other hand, if you are the type of player that hits a little shorter, and don't generally get in the yardage range where you would need a gap wedge, then get the 60 next after the sand. The 60 degree wedge isn't the end all savior club of the short game, but it's amazing to have in the summer when you need to stop a short sided pitch, or hack out of a bad lie.

It all depends on the situations you are faced with the most. You can even play around the club you don't have. It's all up to how you play Matt.
