I recently started using the Hibore again, but still not feeling it. I want to switch drivers now to something for a intermediate player; something more forgiving. Therefore, I am looking to you for advice on the purchase of a driver. What do you guys think? | Telling someone what driver to go purchase is not a wise thing to do.
However, try before you buy is my advice. Ping's, the new Callaway Square (in even lofts, the face is closed on those models according to the Callaway Rep I spoke too) Cobra's are all fairly forgiving. I use an older Cobra Comp 454, if you can find one of those try it. That driver is just as good as any new driver on the market IMO. Also, TaylorMade Burner, they just brought out the draw model. If you tend to slice that driver will help erase that problem. Stay away from Titleist drivers, far less forgiving than other brands. Good Luck |
