| What will help with ball hop if getting a putter that has a loft of 4 degrees at impact. You want your ball to hop a tad at the start. The reason your ball stops is that it settels into a depression. You want the ball to hop out of that depression. All the guys on tour have 4 degrees of loft at impact. Check the putter in my signature, the Edel custom. Something like that is what you need.
As for wooden putters. There is a guy locally that makes wooden putters. They are called Bearkat putters I think. |
