About the PGA Tour FBR Open:
The PGA Tour FBR Open was known as the Phoenix Open for decades before the title sponsor came on board in 2004. The tournament is now played in Scottsdale, Ariz. This event is famous for huge crowds and raucous fans, especially around the par-3 No. 16 where the crowd sends up some of the loudest roars heard on tour.
