Nick Price

Nick Price will be making his Champions Tour debut this week at the Allianz Championship. The last player to win his debut was Mark McNulty at the 2004 Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am.

This week's Allianz Championship marks the Champions Tour return to Boca Raton, Fla. The Tour competed in the south Florida city from 1983-1986. Gary Player won his Champions Tour debut at the Quadel Senior Classic in 1985 in Boca Raton.

The first two events of the year have been won with 23-under par scores (Hale Irwin, Fred Funk). The last time the Tour saw back-to-back winning scores of 20 under was when Jim Thorpe won the 2003 season-ending Charles Schwab Cup Championship and Fuzzy Zoeller won the 2004 season-opening MasterCard Championship. Both were 20 under.
