While not as impressive as in the first round, South Korea's Jeong Jang still kept her hold on first place on Friday in the Fields Open in Hawaii.
Jang carded a four-under-par 68 in the second round of the $1.3 million tournament to remain on top of the leaderboard on 132, 12 under.
One day after signing for nine birdies with just one bogey en route to an eight-under 64, the South Korean made seven birdies against three bogeys.
Despite the slight decline, Jang still holds a one-shot lead over compatriot Song-Hee Kim, who carded a bogey-free, eight-under 64.
Paula Creamer is two strokes back following a 68, while Lindsey Wright is fourth at 135 after a 66.
