People that have them, have had them for years, they pass them along from generation to generation.
You might be better off buying Practice Round tickets for this event. Even those are hard to come by. Every year the Masters holds a lottery for practice round tickets. You send your name and address to them and you are entered into the draw.
As for walking or sitting, all tickets are the same. Some people just prefer to sit and watch one hole all day. Others like to walk the course and follow a group.
