I felt the same way and between a 434 Bertha Ti and a Cleveland Launcher 460, I figure to have enough drivers. Of course, I still have a circa 1970 MacGregor Tourney Custom set in the garage!

I played today in a high wind (30+ mph) and I like this FTi better every time I try something new. With a normal swing, I hit a high, carrying draw. Today I mostly played a knockdown swing, and without exception, I was able to get a low, penetrating draw on the ball that still went a long way. Hitting straight into that wind, I hit a solid 240 yard tee shot on a 400 yard hole. Even on what has always been my nemesis, a left to right hurting crosswind, I hit that same shot and the ball was dead straight down the left side of the fairway for about 200 yards, then started to drift with the wind and landed 260 out and rolled to a stop dead in the center.

Every time I step up to the tee, I feel the confidence just flowing out of me. It's like there's nothing I can't do with this club.

A guy in my foursome has a Sumo. He's a habitual slicer and he slices the Sumo quite well, thank you We all had a good laugh the other day when he sent one curving way off into the trees and we're like "Nike should put you in their commercials" and "Explain how that high MOI works?" LOL. He hasn't gained any noticeable distance with it either. I hit it once - I had just hit a weak hook with my own driver and I smacked one pretty well with the Sumo, hit a big draw, and it came up a few yards short of the mishit from my driver. Don't think I'll be running to the store to buy one of those anytime soon
