I have never actually had an expensive driver, i am 19 and in college, so money doesnt come in a static monthly check like all you retirees

.
I purchased a new driver at the begginning of this year, from K mart (i know) it seems to be a knock off of the nike sumo square head. the second day i had it, i dented the face, after that it seemed like everytime i missed the sweet spot at all, the side would dent right on the ridge between the face and the top or bottom of the club. so i took it back thinking it was defective and got the same club for the return. i have used it for several weeks now and the face is slowly denting in, though i do not have any other dents on the club. i believe and have been told i have a high velocity head speed, and i drive for about 230 avg, and about 280 is my longest, i slice maybe 1/6 oh my shots and itll only go 175, and about 60 to the right. will buying a better club cause the face to not dent in due to my velocity? i would like to buy the TM Burner Draw 9.5*, as i have a fairly high trajectory and a natural slice(small) on every shot almost.i think going to the 9.5 will put me near my optimal flight trajectory. any other club suggestions would be appreciated.
But i am a huge Taylor Made Fan boy and have 3 other TM woods that were handed down to me and i love them.
also i know you can actually hit it farther if you dont swing as hard, but i have a membership at the local course and i hit 2-3 bags of balls a day and golf 3-4 times per week. i have tried to let off and it just doesnt seem to work. i dont swing as hard as i can, probably about 90%, and i am happy with my swing, i just dont want to be denting the face of my drivers especaially if i spend some money on one.
I use Top Flite FREAK and Top Flite D2 STRAIGHT balls.
