| Bascially, if you look at various websites or catalogs, you'll see the difference in LOOKS between fairway woods and hybrids. Depending on preference, you may decide a hybrid is a good replacement for a fairway wood, but originally, they were designed to be replacements for long irons that were harder to hit.
I hate to give you a nonanswer, but to some extent, you need to experiment to see what suits you and your game best. Ylo'll eventually come up with a group of clubs that works best for you.
As for the Cleveland clubs, I'm a Callaway user, but also a Cleveland fan. I have used the Hibore drivers, the Launcher hybrids, but not the Hibore hybrids. When I tried the Cleveland hybrids, they were fine, but the ones I had were a bit heavy for me and I got rid of them and simply went back to my Callaways.
