Wie Just Behind Webb at Nabisco

Wie showed her nerves towards the end of the Nabisco Championship. Having the lead until the last 5 holes as her nerves took over. Wie heard the roar as the crowd was into the eagle Kerrie Webb hit to win the Nabisco Championship. Overall it was a great game for the both of them and I am sure everyone enjoyed the show they put on.

She certainly is an amazing golfer especially at her age. I can only see her going on to break all of the records in the womens game and with this the confindence will help her over come any nerves in the future.

I don't really like her actually. I think she's overrated, and I don't think she's going to be the wondergirl everyone seems to think she will be. That's just me, though, so we'll have to wait a few more years and see how she is.

The thing about Wie is her age of course, but at this age she has amazing focus on her game. While her friends are out doing things kids do she is preparing for the next game. I believe Wie will be around for a very long time and in her passion she is bringing other young people to the game of golf.

You may be right. It's often really hard to tell with young people, so really you just have to wait and see how things go. It will all be clear pretty soon just what kind of a player she is

She truly is great considering her age and talent. I think we will see her becoming great before us.

As for the tournament, she can't win them all. I think people have too high of expectations for her. She still is only a teen and may have the talent as the others do but does not have the experience.

I agree with Golfer056. I think that she is great for her age. She really is going to be a great golfer once she gets enough experience and more time getting used to the tour. I am not sure whether she will become the next great golfer or if she is going to fade out into the background.

With all the money she is already making she can afford to fade into the background.

Yeah, it's true it's easy to forget how young she is. The thing you have to wonder is whether or not the money she's making now will make her lose her drive and focus that made her so good in the first place. It's not uncommon, you know

Many times when thinking of Wie I think of Lebron James and how he has become a star in the NBA. I know many doubt their ability to play because of their age, but to me it is done with passion and heart. Many young players seem to make a career out of their dreams and with their dreams they give so much hope to those who would like to be successful at their dreams.
