Question Question About Titleist Models

Hello Recently I've read a weekly golf email that said you can lower strokes just by choosing the right ball. Well last time I was at the store I was looking at some golf balls by Titleist. The HP SF tour golf ball, and some used 19 dollar Pro V1's. It brings up the question for me which should I choose, lots of people swear by Pro V1's. But they were recycled so I don't know if there is anything is wrong w/ them. I am 20+ handicapper so I am kinda leaning towards the HP SF tour, but really recycled or not the Pro V1's should be just as good. I was just wondering if anyone has tried this certain model of ball. I've read good things about them and I herd that they are nearly as good as the Pro V1 for almost half the price ($24). They were listed for people w/ a swing speed of around 70-80 MPH I also read that Pro v1's are for people with a swing speed of around 90-100 MPH. So if anyone had used the Titleist HP SF tour or have comments on which model I should; use drop me a line. Thank you

i have played both the HP tour SF model, and recycled pro v1's, and i would chose the pro v1's. but if you tend to slice or hook the ball uncontrolably, i would chose the tour SF. not too many balls on the market generate as much spin as the pro v1's, for better or worse.

the HP is a good line of balls, but not the best for the price, in my opinion.

the HX Hot by Calloway or Brigestone's e6's are my new favorites in the 25 dollar range. other than recycled pro v1's... theres nothing wrong with them, and i think they make more sense for those of us in the double digit handicaps...

srixon AD33 is a fine ball in that range as well. i've only played one, but i liked it.

Well thank you I'm glad you have played all of the golf balls i have suggested and more. Based on the info you gave me I will try the Callaway's, Titleist's, and the Bridgestone's. I've tried Titleist's and Callaway's but not the models listed, so I think I will try out the Bridgestone's as I have herd good things about them. Well if anyone else would like like to give their opinion of any of the golf balls we have listed or anyothers in the 25 dollar price range feel free. Oh and for anyone else who comments I am looking for a ball w/ more spin, and feel for around the green, not for distance. Thank you.
