Best Course under $50

Forget unnecessary service and pace. What is the best layout and conditions on Saturday morning with cart for $50.00 or less?

There's not much in the Miami area you can play on a Saturday morning that is under $50 with a cart. One of the better conditioned clubs whre you can is Calusa Country Club. Unfortunately, it was recently bought by the Bacardi family and is going to totally redesigned at a cost of $50,000,000 and turned totally private with only 200 member families. Play it in the next couple months and you can get on a good course at a bargain. If you wait, the buy in will cost you a quarter million dollars. Personally, I think it's stupid considering the location, but it's not mymoney.

There are a few reasonable public courses around here at under $50, but only a couple. They're OK, but nothing great.

You care to limit your query to an area/location?

If you live in North Central PA the answer is Liberty Valley Country Club

North Carolina is a great area because once you get this far south, golf is almost all year 'round. Anyway, if you are ever in the Greensboro area, check out Bryan Park. It features 36 holes of the best priced holes you'll ever wanna see. Designed by Rees Jones

Around me - $40.00 for 18 holes & cart at Timberwood. It's a new course and kind of off the beaten path so it keeps traffic down.

by cart do you mean one that you drive around.

most of those cost 30 bucks to hire, and the average round cost on a public course is 20 - 25 bucks

but considering thats australian dollars it would probably be about 35 - 40 USD.

but then when you factor the cost of airfare to play here it would bring the price up considerably.

But jsut to answer the question, best public course in adelaide aust would be adelaide golf links south course or the patawilunga.
