Could that be a typo and you meant Power Bilt? If so, they used to be made by Hillerich & Bradsby in Louisville, Kentucky. I would guess they are probably subcontracted to an overseas manufacturer now, like so many other cast products. They aren't as big a name in the business as they once were, but they were a fine company once upon a time. About the only thing I've seen from them recently were ads in the Edwin Watts or TGW catalogues for some full sets including woods, irons, putter and golf bag, made for beginners.
If the H&B name sounds familiar, it's because they are the same people who make so many of the major league baseball bats.
