Hi,
I’m Kean, and I am absolutely convinced that golf is an essential skill to network your way to the top of a company, which, of course, is my objective. I’m not completely wet behind the ears. I’m 51 and actually do a little golfing on the weekend with my buddies and some business associates. My average score and handicap are embarrassing to say the least. Finally, my boss has started inviting me to play, and he is really good. So, that’s why I’m here. I want to dry behind my ears, so to speak. I am interested in improving my golf game. Hence, I welcome any improvement tips, instructions, or advice.

Hi Kean. You could very well be correct when you say golf is the key to making your way up the corporate ladder. However for me that is too late. I am the same age as you and retired

I do work part time at private course though, so I guess you could say I am semi-retired.

Hi Kean, your best bet for improving is to see your local golf course pro and take a couple lessons. Trying to get better watching videos and reading articles helps, but theres nothing like the real thing to get it right. Now when you find the pro, tell him your objective about the ladder, tell him you want to be good enough to give the boss a game but not beat him, you dont want to cut the legs off that latter.

Welcome Kean... Someone once said knowing the game was one thing, but in corporate golf, it was more important knowing who to beat and who to lose to.
