Just thought I would say hey... Checkin out some golf forums... I frequent many forums for my other hobbies so why not golf as well??

I am a 27 year old from San Antonio. I have been mostly fishing this year but been trying to focus on golf a bit more... I am by no means great... I think I have a good swing and form (from what others have said). I am 5'9" at 180lb so I am reasonably flexible...

My clubs... I inherited my fathers steel shaft Ping Zing blue dots from 1992. Also I have use the 3 and 5 woods from a set of Callaway BB Warbirds. I did update to a Callaway Big Bertha Titanium w/ stiff grafite, 9* loft a couple of years ago... I also have a Callaway?? Hickory Stick putter from his bag...

I do want to upgrade to a newer set of irons, I need to try out steel vs grafite. I have fast club speed so I need to stay with still. I like the looks of the newer callaways, I may get the older X18s or something like that...

I also would like a pro to watch my swing, film it and measure me for the proper lie and shaft and what not...

Anyway, thats me and my weapons... Hope to learn a thing or two here!

Welcome to the forum. Don't totally discount those old Ping Zing irons. They are still great clubs.
