J.D. is being approached by Adams golf to play their irons and drivers in a major endorsement deal. Adams is confering with a couple of their major sponsored Pro's to see how they feel about it, and everyone seems to be supporting it and giving their blessing. Adams couldn't lose. I doubt he'll give up his Maxfli endorsement....why would he? Adams doesn't make balls and Maxfli's are an incredible product. This could be a very smart move for Adams golf. I'm positive it'll go through.

He may have lost his card for next year, but he'll play on sponsor exemptions allllllllll year; Watch! He will always be a major talent and a major attraction. Go Johnny!

The "Hulk Hogan" of golf, I just wish I had an nth degree of his talent. Every time I think of Big John, I wondered where he parks his Semi when he's on to the golf course...

I guess I always assumed incorrectly that since Adidas-Taylormade owned maxfli he was under a contractual obligation to use TM's...so in essence he could keep his maxfli endorsement but pick an Adams endorsement and play those too?

Taylor Made, adidas and Maxfli are all owned by adidas, yes; but their still separate companies. Daly uses Dunlop clubs as of right now, but his major endorsement sponsor is Maxfli golf balls.

I see, well I hope it works out for him. I knows he's not the most clean-cut or consistant golfer in thw world but I wouldn't be telling the truth if I said I didnt enjoy watching him play.

John Daly represents the golfer everyone who is not a pro, wants to be. He's personable, a hell of a pro golfer, down to earth, giving and generous and 'real'....he doesn't put up a front for the media.... he's just real.
