It's really important to watch your health when playing Golf. You are exposed directly to sun so we must eat proper foods. When I played golf in one of the Golf Resort in Tucson we were served healthy foods by staffs. And I am glad about it.

Agree with you that health is health and for healthy life we must exercise regularly and have balanced diet plan. Add food rich source of vitamins and nutrition in our daily meal and drink more water than routine.
