The seventh President’s Cup tournament will tee-off on September 27th thru September 30th when the United States takes on the International team in Montreal’s prestigious Royal Montreal Golf Club. The Americans may have the top four ranked golfers in the Official World Golf Ranking, but they have not won a match-play tournament outside their own borders since the 1993 Ryder Cup.
The Americans will boast an impressive side, highlighted by Tiger Woods, Steve Stricker and Phil Mickelson. The International team is highlighted by Ernie Els, Vijay Singh, K.J. Choi and Adam Scott.
Will the 2007 President’s Cup be kind to the International team, or will the Americans finally be able to break their losing streak in international match-play?
