| Creamer sets course record Paula Creamer carded a tournament record and a new personal best with an 11-under-par 60 (33-27) on Thursday at the Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic Presented by Kroger. The 21-year-old registered 11 birdies on the day to best Se Ri Pak's previous tournament record of 10-under-par 61 which she fired in the second round of the 1998 event. Creamer has a five-shot advantage over 2008 Wegmans LPGA champion Eun-Hee Ji (33-32=65, -6) and Gloria Park (34-31=65, -6) entering Friday's second round at the 6,428-yard, par-71 Highland Meadows Golf Club near Toledo.
Creamer's 60 falls one stroke short of the LPGA record for raw score held by Annika Sorenstam (-13, 59 at the 2001 Standard Register PING). It also tied her for second with four others in the LPGA record books for lowest 18 holes in relation to par behind Sorenstam's 13-under 59. The six-time LPGA winner made birdies on nine of her final 11 holes to reach 60. |

| Defending champion Pak at 3-under 68 Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic Presented by Kroger defending champion and five-time tournament winner Se Ri Pak shot a 3-under-par 68 (35-33) on Thursday at Highland Meadows Golf Club in Sylvania, Ohio. The 11-year Tour veteran started on the back nine with three consecutive birdies on 11, 12 and 13 and a bogey on 14, making the turn at 2-under. The uneventful front nine saw just a single birdie on two, settling for par on the rest to finish round one in a tie for seventh.
The LPGA and World Golf Hall of Famer is going for a record sixth win in 11 tries at Jamie Farr this week. The win would break the record she currently holds with Mickey Wright (Sea Island Open, 1957-58, 1960, 1962-63) and Annika Sorenstam (Mizuno Classic, 2001-05; Samsung World Championship, 1995-96, 2002, 2004-05) as the only players in LPGA Tour history to win the same event five times (1998-99, 2001, 2003, 2007). Last year's edition of the Jamie Farr saw Pak hold off a surging Morgan Pressel on the final day to claim her fifth victory in Toledo. |

| Dahllof looks to turn the season around after firing a 5-under 66 Eva Dahllof recorded a 5-under 66 (34-32) in the first round of the Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic Presented by Kroger, marking her lowest score since she tallied a 66 at the 2007 Navistar LPGA Classic. She went on to finish tied for 11th.
The Swede recorded a trio of birdies on the back nine – her front nine – to make the turn at 3-under par. She then birdied two of the first three holes on the front nine, before carding a bogey on five. Dahllof would birdie seven on her way to a first-round score of 5-under par 66.
This season, Dahllof has one top-10 finish at the MasterCard Classic Honoring Alejo Peralta where she tied for fifth. She is looking to make the cut for the first time in the last five tournaments she has played. |

| Cut made in Toledo. 78 players will compete for a share of the $1.3 million purse this weekend at the Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic Presented by Kroger. The cutline fell at even-par 142 on the 6,428-yard, par-71 Highland Meadows Golf Club. Six-time LPGA Tour winner Paula Creamer continued her hot streak on Friday and will enter the weekend with a six stroke advantage at 17-under-par (60-65=125). The 21-year-old followed up her career low and tournament record 11-under-par 60 on Thursday with a 6-under-par 65 on Friday that included seven birdies and her first bogey of the tournament on hole four. Creamer's raw score of 125 is one stroke shy of the LPGA record held by Annika Sorenstam, who fired 65-59=124 at the 2001 Standard Register PING, and Meg Mallon, who fired 64-60=124 at the 2003 Welch's/Fry's Championship.
Creamer holds a six-stroke lead over 2008 Wegmans LPGA champion Eun-Hee Ji (65-66=131). Ji, who became a Rolex First-Time Winner at Wegmans in June, was bogey-free on the day with five birdies. Creamer leads by ten strokes over the next closest competitors, 2002 Jamie Farr champion Rachel Hetherington (68-67=135) and H.J. Choi (67-68=135). |

| Creamer maintains lead at Jamie Farr 21-year-old Paula Creamer holds a four stroke lead over South Korean Eun-Hee Ji entering the final round of the Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic Presented by Kroger. Creamer, who began the week with a career-best and tournament-record 11-under-par 60, managed a 1-under-par 70 on Saturday to move to 18-under-par (60-65-70=195).
Creamer started her day with a bogey on the third hole before making birdie on eight to turn at even-par for the day. She added a second bogey and two more birdies on the back nine to finish at 1-under-par on Saturday. Creamer enters the final round with a lead for the ninth time in her career. She has won four of the previous eight times she held the final round lead. Second-year LPGA member Ji carded five birdies and two bogies to move four shots off the pace of Creamer. Ji became a Rolex First-Time Winner in June at the Wegmans LPGA when she overcame a three-shot deficit on Sunday's back-nine to defeat five-time Tour winner Suzann Pettersen by two shots. |

The Aussie started the day 16 shots back of the lead, before recording the best round of her season, 9-under par 62, and will head into the final round on Sunday tied for fourth and eight shots back, cutting the deficit in half.
