Scotty Cameron

I am really thinking about buying a Scotty Cameron Newport 2 Studio Style putter after swinging a friends for awhile.
Does anyone have any reviews or opinions on this masterpiece...?

Dont have one, but I've seen multiple reviews by others that think very highly of it. Just cannot justify paying that kind of cash for a club that is so fickle in the game of golf. Putters are like socks they should be changed regularly.....

Everybody that has a Scotty Cameron swears by it. I plan on getting a Newport or Circa eventually. I think all putters with a plastic face are cheesy and cheap. The milling on the front of the Cameron's look good.

Very high caliber putters. Classic in design and fast forward in terms of milling technology. Is it worth the retail cost? Hard to say. Go on Ebay and pick one up in excellent condition (people take very good care of their Scotty's) for a fraction of the retail price.

Can't go wrong with a Cameron. I just got a new putter, after thinking I would have a Scotty for sure, ended up with the new Odyssey white hot tour#1. Sets up like a newport 2, but has a new insert and is 1/3 the price. I'm very happy with it.
Also, If you really like the solid milled stainless putters, check out the Bettinardi by Mizuno flatsticks. Great equipment at a better price. Don't buy for the name, buy what is actually best for you. It may be a SC, but it may be something else.
