Iam going to make the leap into getting my driver reshafted with an Aldila NV Prototype "by you" ...It will be going into a Titleist 983k, but the problem is, I dont know what tip diameter I need since its a bore-through driver head...does anyone know? And also has anyone tried that shaft? The local shop doesnt have them so I have to buy online...probably ebay and pay $80 duty when it comes over the border to Canada...o well, supposed to be one of the best. What do you think?

I have the green NV's in my driver and 3 wood. Never used the "By you" though. If it is as good (and I can't imagine why it wouldn't be) as the one's I have used, you'll love it. I just recently had the one put in my driver after I wasn't happy with the stock SQ shaft. I also had it shortened to 44 inches to help with a little control.
