Has anyone seen the matchups? I'm not impressed. I was hoping the University of Louisville, (my alma mater), would get someone more exciting to play than Wake Forrest, but at least they will be playing in the Orange Bowl game here in Miami. I might get to go.

I too am a bit dissapointed by the BCS results... Being from Michigan, I was hoping to see a rematch between OSU and Michigan.

I know what you mean. Unfortunately, there will always be the argument about whether the Big 10 or the SEC is the stronger football conference. This year, I guess the selectors felt Michigan had their chance and that the SEC was strong enough for Florida's performance to warrant a shot at Ohio State. Personally, I don't think Florida can give them the game Michigan would have.

Agreed. I'm a big UM fan, and this just sucks. Florida? UM would destroy them.... I think Ohio State would be in trouble at a nuetral site...

I neither like nor dislike the matchup(s). What I really want is a playoff system.

Michigan lost only to the #1 team. What sane argument could you give to keep them out of the championship?

I guess the BCS doesn't make sense. How could Louisville miss a perfect season by only 3 points, win the Orange Bowl by a good margin after dominating the game, then be ranked lower in the end of the season polls than they were going into the bowl game?
