Robert Allenby followed his opening 68 with a 5-under-par 33-34=67 in the second round of the World Golf Championships-CA Championship.

If you thought that four straight bogeys was strange to end what was a spotless round prior to that on Thursday, you'll love what the Aussie did today. Starting on the back, he was a bogey-free 4-under through five holes, a stretch that included a hole-in-one at the 245-yard, par-3 13th hole. A double bogey 6 at the 16th was the first of four holes over par, but Allenby managed an eagle-3 (1st hole) and three more birdies to conclude 36 holes at an aggregate 9-under. He's one back of leader, Ernie Els.
