The best course I have ever played is Buffalo Run, outside Denver,CO.
But if you are ever in Houston Texas, you HAVE to play the Links at Westfork.
It is a moderate links style course just north of Houston in Conroe. Although it is not the best I have played, it is definitely one of the funnest. If you are heading down there check out their website at:
www.westforkgolf.com. You will not be dissapointed with either of these courses.

Golf Iowa

I really havn't golf outside of Iowa. So I'm going to choose a an Iowa course called 'Spring Valley.' It's very, very nice, the ladscape is updated every year. A nice perfect 18 holes. If I get to 'Buffalo Run' I will give it a shot.

I've only ever played in Canada, so I don't know if anyone would ever be coming around any of the courses I've played at.

Of course that makes me think of the course I most want to play and that (duh) has to be St. Andrews. When I was younger and sillier, I used to wear a t-shirt that said "I got a hole in one at St. Andrews" with the words "in one of my socks" in smaller print under the "I got a hole in one". I wore it in Vegas once and freaked out this guy (must have been a golfer) who got in the elevator. Guess he couldn't read the fine print and he really thought I had got a hole in one there. Now that I'm older (but not necessarily wiser) I would hope you get something classier than a crummy t-shirt if you do the unbelievable, like getting on a plaque or something in the club.
