This PGA Tour event takes place at Forest Oaks Country Club in Greensboro, N.C. and has a purse of $5 million.
Last year K.J. Choi took home the title, finishing at 22-under 266, one short of Jesper Parnevik's tournament record. With this tournament coming two weeks after the Ryder Cup and a week after the WGC-American Express Championship, golf bettors should not expect a top field.
Tiger Woods and many other top players will not be playing in this event, so the odds should be spread out fairly evenly to several players. Choi is in the field to defend his championship, so sportsbooks likely will have him as one of the favorites.
