Looking for advice here, folks.
I have a new apartment in the city centre of Dublin (Pearse Street, next to Trinity College). It's walking distance to everything, incl. train stations and coaches to the Ryder Cup. It's also a hell of alot more fun than Kildare and it provides an ideal launch-pad for just about every course in the country.
So, I'm thinking of renting it out for a week or so around Ryder Cup time. If you were doing this, how would you go about it?
I know there are a few sites for this, but they expect you to charge alot to make it worth your while advertising with them. I wouldn't be charging alot and I don't want the hassle of advertising etc.
Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated, thanks.
