the excessive body fat is bad for the health and can cause various diseases such as obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, and many other diseases.
There should be proper treatment to lose the excessive body fat, exercising and dieting are more effective for the fat burning.

Hey guy,i know that extra body fat is not good for the health and body fitness so we should be take care of the body fitness.Some tips here for reduce the body fat like,...
Running and morning walk
Swimming and cycling
Push and pull ups
Jumping and yoga
Drink fresh water and vegetables soup..

work on your back muscles and legs.. these two factors of your body will allow you to lose the most body fat.

Also cut down on fatty foods like ice cream and candy.. do your best, of course.. but the less you eat of it = the less excessive body fat you will gain.

A tip as well: cut down on beer drinking. It's not proven, but it doesn't take a genius to figure out alchol adds to ones "fatness".
