I just want to gain my weight and muscles, so what type of sport is best for this purpose ???
and is there any game for this ...
please suggested me guys ...

The answer depends on some various things. If you want to be a golfer, you want differently developed muscles than if you wanted to be a football player or an ice hockey player.

You might be best served thinking about what games you would prefer to play and then consult a trainer about recommended exercises that will help build specific muscle areas.

I think that eating foods rich in carbohydrates and sugar can help you gain muscle weight but still, you have to watch your calorie intake. Just incorporate exercise or do weight lifting to tone up your body fat. You can consult your dietitian to plan your food menu to help you reach your desired weight.
