I am a beginner who really started playing this year. I had 'played' in years past 1-2 times a year but that was to 'pass time'. It was a frustrating journey.
This year I got a lesson and started to practice what was taught. I have read quite a few books and watched many videos this season. I have found the game enjoyable and the elusive 100 mark is something I want to break.
I have made consistent contact and reliable distances in the past month, and I have immersed myself in the culture of this addiction.
My lowest score is 104 (really - including whiffs and mulligans). I tend to 3 putt 8-10 times a round. No trouble hitting out of sand. I am no long hitter.
