we should eat fresh and healthy food and vegetables,
which makes us healthy and also doing exercise...
morning walk and swimming is also best way to stay healthy and fit ...

It's really important to watch your health when playing Golf. You are exposed directly to sun so we must eat proper foods. When I played golf in one of the Golf Resort in Tucson we were served healthy foods by staffs. And I am glad about it.

A healthy and balanced diet is very necessary for maintaining good health.
Fruits and vegetables are more important because these foods provide more vitamins, mineral, and nutrition for the healthy life.
Along with healthy diet and regular exercise plan is also very necessary to maintain the fitness and to deal with various diseases.
