Some of golf's most powerful voices will gather at The De Vere Belfry on the eve of the Open Championship to discuss the future of the game at the PGA World Conference.
The landmark summit taking place from 15 - 17 July will plot a path forward for the world's PGAs, ensuring PGA members remain the pre-eminent industry professionals in golf.
Heading the conference will be PGA Chief Executive Sandy Jones (pictured) who will be joined by fellow leading figures from America, Australia, Canada, Sweden, Germany, Japan and South Africa plus other delegates.
Together they will map out strategies aimed at keeping PGA professionals at the very heart of the game by seeking to understand the true state of the game worldwide both in existing and emerging markets.
Other factors to be discussed include harnessing the wide range of skills and vocational opportunities outside of the traditional club pro role, exploring PGA branding opportunities plus sharing and understanding each Association's educational business philosophies.
