Third-round leader Na Yeon Choi of South Korea didn't make it easy on herself. But at the end of the day, the 21-year-old made her first-ever LPGA Tour win count, as she birdied the final hole at Torrey Pines South for a one stroke win in the Samsung World Championship.

At one point on Sunday, Choi, who started the final round ahead by two strokes, forged a seven-shot lead. But a series of bogeys, starting at the ninth hole, followed by another at No. 14, caused her to cede the lead to Japan's Ai Miyazato. The margin stayed that way before Miyazato teed off on the par-5 18th.
