Hey all, just thought I'd introduce myself.
I'm from Hertfordshire in the SE of England and my golfing knowledge and experience is, minimal, to say the least. I have always liked watching the game but have never really played it on a regular basis - especially in recent times. I used to play with my Dad quite frequently but over the last few years I've been studying away at University and the opportunity and desire to play just hasn't been there. I guess you could say that I have always wanted to play, but only just realised it...
For various reasons (other than the Ryder Cup
) my enthusiasm has recently grown and I now find myself in a position that allows for me to play more often.
This enthusiasm has led me to research golfing equipment and the game in general on the internet, so here I am.
I look forward to many debates with you all in the near future.
