A golf ball is a very subjective thing. No one can tell you what is the best for you without analyzing your game. I think the best thing to do is decide what you need more than anything in a ball. If you can't find the fairway off the tee you won't want a prov1x. Maybe a 2 piece ball is better for you getting less spin off the drive. If you can get them in the fairway but are having problems keeping them from running off the back of the green maybe a 3 piece urethane ball will be better for you. It will have more backspin and check up better. Swing speed will also be a big factor. I'm finding for me that a 3 piece ball is best but want a little lower compression to keep the spin off the tee down. I went with the Srixon Q-Star Tour. It does everything well for me but might be totally wrong for you. Try different balls and see what works best for your game.
