Background & Professional Career Bio:

A Japanese golfer, Yuri Fudoh became the first JLPGA Player to earn over 100 million yen in 2000. Fudoh continued this feat again in 2003, 2004 and 2005. In 2003, she earned even more than the leading male PGA players in Japan, and became the first player to win ten tournaments within a year. Her earnings in 2005 exceeded 800 million yen (topping the money list yet again) and in 2006 became the youngest JLPGA player to win 40 tournaments.

Fudoh’s primary goal is to continue competing on the JLPGA circuit and only crossover to PGA major events. Her record on the PGA is She currently lives in Kumamoto, Japan.
